Digital Sheet Music License

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

Unless otherwise indicated, the purchase of digital sheet music from David Rubino Music grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the following terms.

You May

• Download your purchased files.

• Print copies for your own personal use.

• Store backup copies for your personal use.

• Perform the music in public, including concerts, recitals, worship services, and similar events, provided you have obtained any required performance licenses.

You May Not

• Share, email, or distribute the PDF files to others.

• Upload the files to websites or file-sharing services.

• Resell or redistribute the sheet music in any format.

• Remove or alter copyright notices.

• Create derivative editions for redistribution or sale.

Schools, Churches, and Organizations

Each performer or user should have their own legally purchased copy unless a separate written license has been granted.

If your organization wishes to use multiple copies, please purchase the appropriate number of copies or contact us regarding licensing options.

Copyright

All sheet music remains the copyrighted property of David Rubino. Purchasing a copy transfers only a license to use the music and does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
